✅ General FAQ
When is the conference?
The conference will be held April 5 – 7, 2024 and attendees will have access to all content through at least August 31, 2024.
(During checkout, there is an option to extend access to a full year — through April 5, 2025 — by adding on the Video Vault.)
Do you have a document I can share with my principal about the conference?
Yes, we do! Each year, we offer a Conference At-a-Glance PDF that remains updated as information becomes available. We’ve also made an email template you can use to share with your principal how the sessions align with your professional goals.
Do you accept purchase orders (POs)?
If time permits, we may be able to accommodate POs for individuals. Please contact [email protected] for more information. As the conference date approaches, we may need to limit POs to groups of four or more.
Is this for elementary or secondary teachers?
Both! While we started three years ago as an elementary conference, we’ve been growing the secondary content each year. You will find a lot of content applies to secondary teachers and homeschoolers.
You can find the best-fit grade levels for each session on the images and in descriptions on our Sessions by Day page.
Can I earn continuing ed. / PD credits?
We have six options for PD credits. Each organization/institution has its own fees and deadlines, summarized in the PD Credits Options section (above the FAQ).
What is the refund policy?
- Refunds are available for STEM CON & Beyond® 2024 through April 1, 2024. After that date we will not issue refunds.
- Due to the immediate access & digital nature of the 2023 Video Vault and STEM Resource Treasure Chest refunds are NOT available on these registration add-ons.
