If you have purchased with us before, you will see subject line B: [Feel-Good Teaching®] How to access your new courses.

? PD Credits, Fees & Deadlines

Note: You’ll need to check with your school or district rules to see if they will accept an e-certificate as proof of professional development hours. Please do this prior to conference registration.


Option 1: Instant e-Certificate

To earn a e-Certificater, teachers must complete their desired sessions, leave a comment or question underneath each video training that shows engagement with the session’s content, and submit a form that will be provided inside the conference site. No additional assignments are required.

There are up to 23 hours available.

Fees: None

Deadline: As long as you have access to STEM Staples, you will have access to the instant certificate.

The Center for Strengthening the Teaching Profession, CSTP (an OSPI approved provider) has approved our STEM Staples Library for up to 23.5 STEM Clock Hours.

Fees (fees are in addition to conference registration):

Attendees will submit an additional transcript processing fee to CSTP. The fee is sliding and depends on the number of hours you are claiming:

  • 1-5 hours: $10
  • 6-10 hours: $15
  • 11-20 hours: $25
  • 21-30 hours: $35

Deadline: Sept. 1, 2026* 

*We reapply each school year for STEM Clock Hours approval for the following school year. We anticipate, but can’t guarantee, that we will update the deadline to September 1, 2027 when we reapply for coverage in October.

While the final deadline to submit for STEM Clock Hours this year is Sept. 1, 2026, there are monthly opportunities to receive transcripts earlier.

    • Transcript application deadlines are as follows:
      • Submit by April 21 to receive e-transcripts by May 15
      • Submit by May 21 to receive e-transcripts by June 15
      • Submit by June 21 to receive e-transcripts by July 15
      • Submit by July 21 to receive e-transcripts by Aug. 15
      • Submit by Aug. 21 to receive e-transcripts by Sept. 15
      • Submit by Sept. 1 to receive e-transcripts by Oct. 15

To earn STEM Clock Hours, teachers must complete their desired sessions, leave a comment or question underneath each video training that shows engagement with the session’s content, and submit a form that will be provided inside the conference site. No additional assignments are required.

Texas teachers can choose to earn up to 23 CPE Hours.

Fees: None

Deadline: As long as you have access to STEM Staples, you have access to claim Texas CPE Hours.

  • To earn TX CPE Hours, teachers must complete their desired sessions, leave a comment or question underneath each video training that shows engagement with the session’s content, and submit a form that will be provided inside the conference site. No additional assignments are required.
  • E-Certificates are processed on a monthly basis. Submit by the end of a calendar month and your certificate will be emailed by the 15th of the following month.
